Privacy policy
Effective 9 October 2026.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is SOLUTIONS 4IT ŁUKASZ ŻOCHOWSKI, ul. Księdza Biskupa Władysława Bandurskiego 50b, 05-270 Marki, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 1251267244, REGON 362248277 (the “Controller”).
For any matter concerning personal data, contact the Controller at [email protected].
2. Scope
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use the website sloutions4it.com (and its mirror sloutions4it.org), contact the Controller, or use mobile apps published by the Controller on Google Play.
3. Website
The website is purely informational: it has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics or marketing tools, and it does not use cookies to track visitors.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Each time a page is served, the provider’s servers automatically process the technical data needed to deliver it and to protect it against abuse:
- the device’s IP address,
- the date and time of the request,
- the requested page address,
- browser and operating-system information (the User-Agent header).
The legal basis is the Controller’s legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not used to identify or profile visitors.
4. E-mail contact
If you write to the Controller, we process the data contained in your message (in particular your e-mail address, name and the content of the correspondence) to reply and handle your request, including app-related requests.
The legal basis is the Controller’s legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the data for the duration of the correspondence and then for the limitation period of any possible claims.
The Controller’s e-mail is provided by Google (Gmail).
5. Mobile apps
The data processed by a specific app is described on its Google Play listing, in the “Data safety” section. If an app processes personal data beyond what this document covers, its Google Play listing links to that app’s dedicated privacy policy.
App downloads, payments and subscriptions are handled by Google through the Google Play store. For those, Google acts as an independent controller under the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Data may be disclosed to service providers used by the Controller: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting) and Google (e-mail, app distribution). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy,
- rectify your data,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).
8. Changes
This policy may be updated when our services or the law change. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page.
